Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, managing distributor performance, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets across the assigned region. This role plays a key part in developing regional sales strategies, leading high-performing field sales teams, and strengthening execution across General Trade and key retail channels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee regional sales operations to consistently achieve business and sales targets.
  • Identify, appoint, and develop new distributors while maximizing the performance of existing distributor partners.
  • Set clear objectives and provide coaching, guidance, and performance management to the regional sales team, including Area Sales Managers, Supervisors, and Sales Executives.
