Role
- Proactively generate and develop new opportunities.
- Together with the international Sales Business Development Manager, develop and direct the regions’ sales strategy and sales activites and work towards increasing the market share.
- Close sales leads generated from marketing efforts.
- Support the dealers during the pre-and post-sales process and provide follow up support to both the dealer network and end users.
- Travel for customer visits, tradeshows etc.
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Deliver professional sales support as defined by the need of the Sales department, pre-and post-sales.
- Meet the requirements of in-field and in-person training needs of Dairymaster dealers and customers.
- Give presentations to potential customers and dealers.
- Read, understand and give instructions for technical drawings.
- Coordinate potential distributor & customer sales visits to HQ.
