  • Reporting to : National Sales Head

    • Job Responsibility for Regional Sales Head – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

  • Provide detailed sales forecasting and KPI reporting for organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting
  • Lead Customer Management activities (Customer visits, Customer profile, credit information)
  • Assists in the development of the sales plan
  • Promote positive relationships with major customers to understand their needs
  • Direct and motivate the Sales team in generating proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue growth
