What you will do

You will recruit and lead a regional sales team. We place autonomy in leaders, so you will be directly involved in recruiting the team you will lead, you will set standards for how the team qualifies, sells, and collaborates. You will build a pre sales engine that scales across countries, with consistent discovery and disciplined conversion. You will advise clients on AI adoption, governance, privacy, security and regulatory readiness

This advisory work is delivered on a paid basis through consulting fees you earn. S.AI.L will provide qualified leads. You are also encouraged to introduce your own client base into your consulting practice
