OPPO is hiring a Regional Retail Manager – Position based in Rabat.




As part of our growth, we are looking for a Regional Retail Manager to strengthen our team and support our staff in training and operational management of stores in the assigned region, with potential for advancement based on results and experience.





Main missions:





Training:





  • Provide training on new products and sales techniques.

  • Supervise and coach new and existing store staff to improve team performance.

  • Implement and train on general marketing mobilization projects.



    • Store Image and Display:





  • Monitor the image and display of stores to ensure compliance with OPPO standards.
