Summary

/Objective:The RQS assists Customer Quality will all activities related to containment and determining root cause and corrective actions for customer quality issues.Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating and communicating with customers directly for general quality issues.
  • Receiving, recording, and/oridentifying customer samples and forwarding to the appropriate CQE.
  • Supporting sorting work for products under quality risk both at the customer site, at a 3rd party, or in-house sorting.
  • Replying to customers regarding documents, specifications, policies, including sharing drawings, confirming a dimension, providing an inspect report, and other requests for information.
  • Handling customer inquiries about product certifications like RoHS, Reach, and UL.
  • Work would be completed with the instruction and co-operation of the other members of the Customer Quality organization.
