Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery and maintenance of QHSE compliance across all operational areas in line with company policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
- Assist in the coordination and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring alignment with ISO standards and industry best practice.
- Provide support for internal and external audits, including documentation preparation, tracking actions, and ensuring corrective measures are completed.
- Monitor and report QHSE performance, including KPIs, incidents, near misses and RIDDOR events, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Work with operational teams to maintain compliance with company standards, customer requirements and industry accreditations.
- Assist with PQQ submissions and the maintenance of accreditations.
- Support the development and delivery of QHSE communications, briefings and training materials.
