Job Description

ZUS COFFEE is seeking a QA Team Lead in Malaysia to drive systemic quality throughout the software lifecycle. You will lead hands-on quality initiatives, designing automated processes and clear standards that empower cross-functional teams to ship with confidence.

In this role, you’ll embed quality early, partner with product and engineering, and mentor engineers to adopt reliable testing practices, automation, and measurable QA outcomes across projects.
