Position Purpose

The Regional Programme Coordinators provide critical support during both the establishment and ongoing management of the Nurse Practitioner Training Support Scheme (NPTSS). Reporting to the Regional Nursing Director, these roles work closely with their respective region’s Nurse Practitioner (NP) Lead and provide wide-reaching support for the scheme.

A key focus of the role is to support both employers and Nurse Practitioner trainees throughout the programme – monitoring progress and ensuring access to supervision, mentoring, and cultural support. The Regional Programme Coordinator will also help maintain programme qua...
