Job Responsibility : Team and People Management Lead and manage internal/ external stakeholders to ensure effective account management and operation efficiencies Highlight and share best practices within the team to ensure consistency and continuity in operational excellence approach Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity within the team Work and communicate with various teams based around the region Customer Management Responsible to assist in managing the daily operations (execution plan, utilization management, knowledge management and communications).
