We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Manager with strong experience in managing regional payroll operations for the LATAM region at Numerator. This role requires a deep understanding of LATAM international payroll processes, compliance requirements, and cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end LATAM regional payroll processing across 13 countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local laws and regulations.
Lead and oversee relationships with external payroll vendors and local providers; monitor service levels and escalate issues as needed.
