Regional Parntership Manager, WFS

Location: Mexico (regional assignment, 50% travel)

The Workforce Staffing (WFS) Candidate Attraction team seeks a Regional Partnerships Manager to build relationships and manage communications with community partners across Mexico. The role focuses on fostering ties with workforce organizations to source entry‑level warehouse candidates, managing national workforce relationships, and building a network of regionally based partners in specific risk markets. The manager facilitates community partner support for local job fairs and drop‑in events, activates partners to create a candidate funnel, and executes local workforce development and recruitment strategies in Amazon’s most constrained markets. KPIs include increasing the hourly entry‑level talent pipeline, removing obstacles for local candidates, reducing paid advertising and recruiting space, and meeting Candidate Generation hiring goals.
