We are looking for an experienced and proactive Regional Operations Manager to lead our engineering operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Reporting directly to the UK Operations Director, you will manage a geographically dispersed team of Field Engineers, Depot Operators, and Driver Installers to deliver exceptional service, operational efficiency, safety, and compliance.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will drive productivity, optimise resource deployment, build high-performing teams, and embody our core values of Respect, Accountability, Teamwork, Commitment, and Integrity.
