Overview

A leading elderly care provider is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Operations to oversee a portfolio of care homes across the East of England.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an operationally focused individual with strong multi-site experience within the care home sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving quality, compliance, occupancy, financial performance, and leadership development across the region.

You will work closely with senior leadership teams while supporting Home Managers and Operations Managers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care and strong commercial outcomes.
