About the Role
In this role, you will drive the continuous improvement of store merchandise presentation standards across stores in an assigned Region. This role is critical to driving store-level execution, ensuring that merchandising, visual presentation, signing, fixture placement, and seasonal transitions are consistently implemented to drive sales, enhance the customer experience, and reinforce brand standards. You will drive consistent execution of visual standards and elevate the merchandising skill set of Multi-Store and Store Leaders through continuous training, education, feedback and coaching.

+ Conduct weekly store visits in partnership with Multi-Store Leaders aimed at educating and coaching store leaders to drive sales through merchandising & visual education
