Regional Marketing Manager (Optical/ Lens) HZO

Salary: Up to $8K (Depending on experience) Job Scope:

• Support business development activities across Asian markets through close collaboration with appointed distributors
• Distributor planning and pre-bid meetings
• Exhibitions, workshops, seminars, and regional events
• Support development and execution of distributor sales & marketing plans in line with regional strategy
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), distributors, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor distributor activities, pipeline progress, and market coverage provide guidance to improve sales execution
• Support distributor capability building (product knowledge, positioning, value-based selling, opportunity management)
• Support distributor evaluation, selection, onboarding, and performance reviews where required
• Support resolution of business and coordination issues between distributors
