Responsibilities
- Team leadership and management: Directly manage and support General Managers in overseeing day-to-day operations.
- Provide timely coaching, mentoring, and leadership development to improve General Manager performance and grow talent.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and set clear expectations for operational performance.
- Operational excellence and execution: Ensure that every location in the region understands expectations and provide clarity that enables clinics and teams to exceed KPIs and targets while aligning with operational standards.
- Collaborate with General Managers to analyze operational reports, develop comprehensive business plans, and implement process improvements.
- Lead initiatives to optimize processes, increase efficiency, and improve client service delivery.
- Set financial targets in coordination with General Managers, including revenue, profitability, and cost control.
