Job Summary

Regional Manager (East Malaysia) is responsible for driving sales growth and operational excellence across the region. This role involves developing and implementing strategic business plans, optimizing operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The manager will oversee region performance, address customer and employee issues to achieve sales goals and maintain high satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sustainable sell-through and sell-out growth by shifting focus from channel loading (sell-in) towards consumer demand generation and retail execution.
• Develop and execute regional business strategies and action plans to achieve revenue, profit, market share, and growth targets.
