Lead the South East Regional Geriatric Program Operations at Providence Care. This full-time role focuses on developing community resources and enhancing geriatric services through strong partnerships.
As the Manager for the Regional Geriatric Program South East, you will oversee clinical services and educational initiatives. Your leadership will drive capacity building in geriatric care, fostering collaborations with health partners. You will also manage program resources and ensure the fulfillment of project goals while conducting regional needs analysis.
