Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage LM-FM delivery operations within the assigned region, ensuring adherence to established service levels, delivery schedules, and quality standards. Develop and implement strategies to optimize last mile delivery routes, reduce delivery costs, and improve overall operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as on‑time delivery, delivery accuracy, and customer satisfaction, taking necessary actions to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of delivery supervisors, drivers, and support staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including logistics, customer service, and warehouse, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of last mile delivery operations.
