Regional Manager – Cork

Excel Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced and commercially astute Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-performing retail stores across the Co. Cork region.

This is a senior leadership opportunity which offers a highly competitive salary as well as full autonomy to shape regional performance and drive business growth.

Salary: 95K- 100K

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the performance and profitability of multiple stores within the region

  • Drive sales growth, margin improvement, and cost control across all sites

  • Lead, mentor, and develop Store Managers and senior management teams

  • Analyse KPIs, trading reports, and financial performance to identify opportunities

  • Ensure consistent execution of company standards, policies, and procedures
