What You’ll Do
Based across our Sydney offices, you’ll lead a high-performing region spanning Blacktown, Newcastle, Macquarie Park, Penrith, and Canberra, supporting Team Leaders and multidisciplinary clinicians who serve NDIS participants in homes, clinics. and community settings.
Core accountabilities:
- Oversee operational efficiency and clinical delivery of a multidisciplinary team (OT, Physio, EP, SP, PBS).
- Coordinate external workflow and referrals by developing relationships with NDIS support coordinators and NDIS providers; ensure marketing initiatives land in-region.
