Summary: Are you a dynamic, people-focused professional with a passion for real estate and a knack for strategy? As a Regional Leasing Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our leasing operations—energizing teams, driving occupancy, and delivering an exceptional resident experience across our communities. Working closely with the Manager, Leasing, and a team of Leasing Specialists, you’ll implement innovative leasing strategies, lead engaging training sessions, and stay ahead of market trends. Your creativity, insight, and leadership will directly contribute to our success by attracting new tenants and fostering lasting resident satisfaction.

Salary: $60,000 plus monthly car allowance
