Job Summary

The position is responsible for the provision of professional-level education products and services within the ATS Learning organization. The Regional Learning Quality Specialist is a key member of our team, responsible for the provision of educational, project management, academic advising, and facilitation services. Other responsibilities include design, development, delivery, monitoring and evaluation of training programs, policies, and practices. The ideal candidate has a passion for training and adult learning.

Key Accountabilities

• Oversee learner progression throughout training programs and provide academic counselling.
• Facilitate a positive learning environment.
• Coach instructors on effective adult training practices, teaching and coaching techniques.
