Regional Leader

We are looking for a highly engaged, energetic retail leader to be responsible for the effective performance management of TopT Stores in an allocated area. You will support the 2IC and be responsible for the management of all retail activities, taking responsibility for the recruitment, management, people development and support of staff, ensuring that stores achieve set KPIs as per business requirement.You will actively contribute to the implementation of Top T’s business strategy that maximises the retail net profit by driving sales and controlling costs at a Store level and build motivated and high performing teams through the effective leadership and line management to retail staff.
