Adecco's client is seeking a strategic, systems-driven, and transformation-focused
Regional HRIS & Process Excellence Lead (APAC)
to lead regional HRIS implementation and harmonise key HR frameworks across multiple markets. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in
SAP SuccessFactors (HCM) implementation, HR transformation, job grading, C&B governance, and structured project delivery
, with the maturity to influence senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the
  APAC-wide implementation and ongoing optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors
