Regional HR Program Manager (APAC)

MNC company is looking for an experienced Regional HR Program Manager (APAC) to lead regional HR transformation initiatives across the APAC region. This role will oversee HR Information Systems (HRIS) and HR Shared Services (HRSSC) .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead regional HR transformation and HRIS projects across APAC.
• Review and improve HR processes, workflows, and data management practices.
• Drive process standardization and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Manage project planning, implementation, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
• Develop and implement HR Shared Services strategies across the region.
• Lead the transition of HR transactional activities from local teams to centralized shared services.
• Establish service standards, process documentation, knowledge management, and service level agreements (SLAs).
