Role Overview

The Regional HR Manager leads the HR function for the CDO, acting as a strategic partner to management while ensuring operational excellence, legal compliance, and a high-performance culture across all local sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Relations: Act as the primary lead for conflict resolution, grievance handling, and workplace investigations. Mediate disputes and provide expert guidance to management on maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Policy & Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies across CDO retail and office locations. Ensure strict adherence to Philippine labor laws and industry regulations to mitigate risk.
