We are seeking a leader to define and oversee our LATAM HR Shared Services strategy and operations. This role is essential for driving continuous improvement, streamlining processes, and ensuring an exceptional employee experience through efficient and consistent HR services.
Core responsibilities and tasks:
Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute HR Shared Services strategy for LATAM, aligning with corporate goals and ensuring service optimization.
Operational Oversight: Manage HRSS activities across HR administration, payroll, timekeeping, policy, performance, and learning.
Process & Systems Management: Adopt global HR processes and systems, design local processes as needed, and drive continuous improvement.
Policy Framework: Partner with regional HR leadership to maintain and enforce HR policies, ensuring compliance and alignment with emerging trends.
