Job Description
As the Asia HR Shared Service Center Head, you will:

• Lead payroll standardization and migration to a third-party vendor across Asia
• Oversee end-to-end Employee Life Cycle (ELC) data administration in Workday
• Drive SSC operational excellence and lead a high-performing team
• Ensure compliance with Asia labor laws, tax regulations, and data privacy standards
