Position Overview

Reporting to the Director of Market Strategy, the Regional Go‑to‑Market Manager is responsible for driving short‑term profitable growth across all portfolios within a specific region, ensuring strategy is executed and optimized within the guardrails provided by the Senior Manager Market Strategy & RGM. The role includes optimization and customization of MAPPS (Merchandising, Assortment, Price, Promotion, Shelving) for the region and the management of monthly business review routines and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive category growth through the development of channel and customer‑specific strategies that deliver on commercial objectives and priorities, and the company’s customer strategies. Own and gatekeep sales strategy, collaborating with sales and market strategy teams to define and track the execution of key strategies, merchandising, assortment, and distribution to achieve yearly NS and EBIT regional targets.
