A fast-growing travel and mobility company is hiring a Regional General Manager to lead its APAC + ANZ operations.

Responsibilities

  • Drive regional performance across gross margin, nights traveled, and cost of sales (COS).
  • Lead strategic planning and execution aligned with global growth goals.
  • Oversee revenue operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.
  • Build and lead a high-performing regional team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 510 years of experience with regional P&L ownership.
  • Proven leadership in travel, mobility, e-commerce, or logistics.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and team management skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in reporting tools is a plus.
