Job Description

Are you ready to take the lead in developing and implementing a comprehensive talent attraction, employer branding, and recruitment marketing strategy? Reporting to the Senior Director for Attraction, Sourcing & Assessment, the Regional Attraction and Sourcing Lead will be responsible for leading, managing, and coaching a team of Senior Talent Researchers and Employer Branding/Recruitment marketing specialists. This role is pivotal in ensuring global standards, processes, systems, technology, and innovations are adopted and fully embedded within the aligned Region and geographies.

Essential Skills/Experience

  • Deep knowledge/expertise in Talent Acquisition/Attraction and Employer Branding and/or Sourcing
  • Excellent knowledge of digital and social platforms for recruiting/branding
  • Experience in direct search methodologies (i.e LinkedIn, ATS, CRM) and other recruitment tools
