Job Description

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to lead electrical and HVAC maintenance activities across the Tauranga/BOP region. The role focuses on responsive, project and planned maintenance, identifying opportunities for new work and escalating them to the client and/or manager.

You will document all work for client invoicing, adhere to HSSEQ requirements, and build strong relationships with internal teams and external contractors to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
