Job Description

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
Proven experience in sales operations, distribution management, or telco industry is an advantage.
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork regularly.
Results-oriented and highly organized.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the accounts of Regional Distributors (RDs).
Ensure healthy Profit and Loss (P&L) performance of both RDs and PDs.
Monitor Sell-In and Sell-Out performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
Conduct regular visits to PD offices and Areas of Responsibility (AORs).
Perform trade checks with retailers and telco partners to ensure execution and compliance.
Drive operational excellence and ensure adherence to company standards, guidelines, and performance targets.
