Regional Director

Serioplast, a Global Leader in Rigid Plastic Packaging, is looking for a Regional Director for its EMEA plants.

What will you do?

Define and execute regional plans and business strategies in compliance with the company strategy and promote the group vision within country teams.

Monitor the performance of the plants, take necessary preventive and corrective actions to achieve business profitability and sustainability.

Lead the planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for industrial operations of the region.

Lead, suggest, and participate in projects for startups, expansions, and development plans, including industrialization of new product portfolios, industrial rationalization, and optimization initiatives.

Supervise, coordinate, and support the local management team, promoting staff training and development at all levels.

Ensure alignment between global departments, countries, and plants.
