Job Description
Job Purpose:
Own and deliver regional commercial growth by leading end-to-end Sales & Distribution execution in region. The role drives Gross Adds (4G/MBB), Recharge Market Share and ARPU enhancement by translating company strategy into city/grid-specific execution plans, ensuring disciplined field governance, strong channel health, and high-quality sustainable base growth.
Job Responsibilities
Regional Growth & Recharge Delivery
Deliver regional targets for Gross Adds (4G/MBB), Recharge Market Share and ARPU enhancement on monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
Convert targets into actionable acquisition and revenue plans with clear ownership across cities/grids.
City/Grid Strategy & Competitive Execution (Winning City-by-City)
Develop grid/area-wise execution strategy and implement One City, One Strategy / Winning City-by-City based on competitive intensity, market potential and local dynamics.
