  • Responsible for robust pipeline management to achievedesired production and revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement new programs, sales initiatives and
    strategies to capture key demographics
  • Design and implement business plans to leverage effectively partners within the bank to generate greater cross sell and revenue enhancement
    opportunities.
  • Uplift the regional sales volume to its possible best
  • Manage recruitment, training and motivation of highly
    skilled sales team.
  • Mentoring and training sales teams to achieve sales goals.
  • Held accountable for banker competency, goal achievement,
    shared goal achievement with business partners...
