Commercial Clients is looking for a Regional Director based out of London, TSQ
This is a key strategic role in our Commercial Clients team, you will work closely with the Head, Commercial Clients to formulate the business strategy in line with CCB strategic goals and growth targets
You will be responsible for recruiting, leading and developing teams of Relationship Directors and Relationship Managers, monitoring the business and competitive environment being proactive in taking actions and driving and supporting the promotion and marketing of the bank in the Region
To design and deliver the agreed business strategy for your region in Commercial
To deliver sustainable income streams within the Group’s risk principles
