Job Description

Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- 2 years of experience in supply chain operations, with a focus on demand planning in consumer hardware.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently for engaging with local Taiwan partners and global/regional teams respectively.
Preferred qualifications
- 8 years of experience in direct demand and supply planning within complex environments.
- Prior experience in consumer hardware industry.
- Proven track record leading monthly cross-functional Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) cycles.
- Ability to manage both strategic and operational levels, including successful new product launches.
