Regional DCIM Specialist

What Will You Do: Regional DCIM Specialist will successfully manage project and perform deployment & configuration of EcoStruxure IT software suite, system integration, Customer & Admin training and WO management. You will be part of Regional LOB EcoStruxure IT services team, having service mindset and customer experience is key. Onsite configuration, technical support and training is often vital to success, yet an effective ability to support via remote is mandatory. Requirments: Associates/Bachelors degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience Minimum three years experience providing DCIM customer support for complex technical solutions in a Data Centre environment.
