Regional Creative Designer

We are looking for a Mid-Senior Visual and Creative Designer to join our Xiaomi LATAM marketing team in Mexico City, with 5+ years of work experience.

As part of the team, you will work closely with and report directly to the Xiaomi LATAM Marketing Director, creating high-quality graphic and video assets for new product launches and brand campaigns. This role supports regional marketing design needs and provides design support for selected local markets, ensuring brand consistency across countries. You will collaborate with internal teams and coordinate with external agencies to ensure smooth execution and high-quality output.

The ideal candidate has a strong graphic design background, a good understanding of marketing strategy, and several years of experience in advertising agencies, with familiarity in both client-side expectations and agency workflows.
