Key Outputs
· Target driven and seek to achieve above the required standards in collections and credit controlling.
· Demonstrate customer care and staff control through effective managerial skills.
· To be personally involved with the actioning of problematic accounts in branches.
· To ensure that the company credit policies and procedures are effectively introduced and implemented.
Key Requirements
· Must have at least a Grade 12 or NQF level 4 qualification.
· Must have good communication skills and be able to motivate staff.
· Have at least 5 years credit experience in a furniture retail business with nothing less than 2 years' experience in a management role.
· Must have a valid driver's license.
· Tertiary studies in Business Management is preferable.
· Be able to set standards and implement collection drives on a Regional basis.
· Able to work and perform under pressure.
