About the role

The clinical lead works with key stakeholders and management teams to lead and implement the strategic development of nursing and ensures high level clinical leadership for all nursing services (including urgent care and GP provision). Reporting to The Chief Nurse Officer, this role encompasses strategy, governance, quality improvement, professional leadership and financial management.
