Regional Cleaning Instructor

We are looking for a Cleaning Instructor to deliver BICS (British Institute of Cleaning Science) training within a prison environment. This is a rewarding role that equips prisoners with practical cleaning skills — including safe biohazard handling — to enhance their employability upon release. You will also support literacy and personal development, contributing meaningfully to rehabilitation and successful reintegration into the workforce.

This role is a 100% prisoner facing role covering all prisons in the Nottingham, Leicestershire and Lincolnshire areas. Your base would be to the closest prison to your home address, with mileage claimed from that base to other sites.
