Regional Business Development

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM), the Regional Business Development (RBD) role is responsible to drive sustainable revenue and profit growth by prospecting new opportunities, researching leads and forging strong relationships with customers. The RBD will sell Kal Tire products and service solutions to new customers and serve as a trusted advisor for their region. They will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

Responsible for introducing Kal Tire’s products and service offerings to a wide range of potential regional customers at all levels, including the C‑Suite. The RBD will develop a growth strategy, both on fair‑profit and customer satisfaction, by providing expert advice to key internal and external stakeholders around business development solutions and activities.
