Role Description
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM), the Regional Account Manager (RAM) is responsible for developing long‑term relationships with a portfolio of customers, connecting with key decision makers and stakeholders. The RAM liaises between customers and cross‑functional internal teams to successfully deliver Kal Tire product and service solutions according to customer requirements. The role manages and develops customer accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationships, provides expert guidance, acts as a strategic partner and advisor on all Kal Tire offerings, and ensures a positive customer experience through contract negotiations, market understanding, and new business opportunities. The ability to foster mutually beneficial relationships with customers, aligning to the Kal Tire Aims, is pivotal to this role.
