Key Responsibilities: Sales & Target Achievement: Monitor and drive Telco sales performance.


Relationship Building: with key business partners.


Store Visitation & Compliance: Top performing outlets.


Retail Merchandising: Oversee store displays, ensuring compliance with branding guidelines.


Reporting & Performance Tracking: Monitor dealer performance, enforce penalties, and provide feedback.


Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Telco Admin, RGM, and retail teams to improve operations.


Work Location & Travel: Regional-based role requiring store visits.


Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, retail, or telecom industry.


    Strong analytical, communication, and compliance management skills.


    Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting.
