Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Target Achievement: Monitor and drive Telco sales performance.
- Relationship Building: with key business partners.
- Store Visitation & Compliance: Top performing outlets.
- Retail Merchandising: Oversee store displays, ensuring compliance with branding guidelines.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking: Monitor dealer performance, enforce penalties, and provide feedback.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Telco Admin, RGM, and retail teams to improve operations.
Work Location & Travel
- Regional-based role requiring store visits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, retail, or telecom industry.
- Strong analytical, communication, and compliance management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting.
