We are currently looking for a Refuse Driver. You will be working in Derby
Monday - Friday
06:00am - 15:45pm
Temp Contract - Ongoing
Pay rate - £15.56ph paye
Job Purpose
* Safely drive refuse collection vehicles on planned collection routes.
* Carry out daily vehicle inspections and report any defects or maintenance issues.
* Collect household, recycling, garden waste, and commercial waste in line with scheduled rounds.
* Work closely with refuse loaders to ensure collections are completed efficiently and safely.
* Operate vehicle lifting equipment and other collection mechanisms correctly.
* Ensure compliance with road traffic legislation, health and safety regulations, and council policies.
